§ 10-31. Establishment.

There is created in and for the village an authority to be known as the Cass City Downtown Development Authority pursuant to Public Act No. 197 of 1975 (MCL 125.1651 et seq.). The boundaries of the downtown development district shall be as follows: a parcel of land situated in the village and more fully described in section 10-39.
