§ 30-41. On-site burning.

No person shall burn or permit to be burned on the premises within his control any paper or rubbish unless such paper or rubbish shall be burned in a completely enclosed incinerator properly designed to prevent the emission of smoke, flying paper and ash therefrom. All burning in open barrels, wire mesh containers, etc., and the burning of leaves, grass and yard clippings is specifically prohibited.
