§ 38-91. Established; purpose.

Pursuant to section 8395 of the Revised Judicature Act, State of Michigan, as added by Public Act No. 154 of 1968 (MCL 600.8395), a parking violations bureau is established for the purpose of accenting pleas of guilty to alleged violations of those sections of the Uniform Traffic Code pertaining to parking violations. The parking violations bureau shall be under the supervision and control of the village clerk.
