§ 6-1. International Code.

(a)

Code adopted. The, "International Code Council (ICC), 2003 version, is adopted by reference as the Property Maintenance Code for the Village of Cass City. Three copies of the Code designated as "The ICC Property Maintenance Code/2003" as published by ICC shall be placed on file in the office of the Village of Cass City Clerk. The regulations set forth in the adopted Code shall apply to all property, structures and buildings in the Village.

(b)

Reference code. References in the ICC Property Maintenance Code/2003, to "local authorities" shall mean the Village of Cass City.
