§ 22-165. Consumption, sale, purchase or possession of alcoholic liquors.

  • (a)

    No alcoholic liquors shall be consumed on the public streets, highways, parks and public places within the limits of the village.

    (b)

    No person shall sell or furnish alcoholic liquors to persons under the age of 21 years.

    (c)

    No person under the age of 21 years shall purchase or knowingly possess or transport any alcoholic liquor, or knowingly possess, transport, or have under his control in any motor vehicle any alcoholic liquor in the village unless such person is employed by a licensee under Public Act No. 58 of 1998 (MCL 436.1101 et seq.), and is possessing, transporting, or having such alcoholic liquor in a motor vehicle under his control during regular working hours and in the course of his employment.
